MBS Ltd specialise in modular building accommodation for temporary and longer term project solutions.
Our units are of a high quality, low maintenance and cost effective. MBS Ltd has over 30 years' combined work experience, and we aim to offer a reliable, fast service.
Whether your requirements are for hire or purchase, new or fully reconditioned, single or double classrooms units, and/or relocation of any existing modular buildings on your site - MBS Ltd units are manufactured and/or refurbished in-house to ensure the highest possible standards and compliant to current regulations.
New & Reconditioned Modular Buildings
At MBS Ltd our standard single modular building measures 8m x 3m, and are available in multiples of your choice to suit your site requirements. Based across the South West, we provide modular buildings across the South West of the UK and the Midlands.
The internal layout can be our standard design or bespoke to match your needs. New and reconditioned units can both be made to suit your requirements for size, space and layout. Our standard designs are:
Al second-hand reconditioned units comply with Building Regulations 2006.
Modular building relocation across the South West
MBS Ltd specialise in modular building relocation - these can be within the same site or from site to site. We offer a free site visit and quotation to assess costs and options for the relocation, making sure we meet your site requirements and deadlines. Units are moved section by section using flatbed lorries and cranes.
Units bought & sold
MBS Ltd are also interested in any existing modular units that you may be looking to have removed from your site. Units are inspected individually on their own merit, and a decision can be made if we would be interested in removing the unit.
Hire units & buildings across the South West
MBS Ltd offer hire units on short and long term lease from 6 months up to a period of over 3 years.

New and reconditioned units are available for all pre-school and nursery projects - our standard unit specifications can be seen below:

Approx. size 15m x 8m; accommodation to consist of entrance lobby, two classrooms (providing teaching areas of approx. 48 sqm) with 2no storerooms. - Specification for 6 bay double classroom
Approx. size 18m x 8m - accommodation to consist of entrance lobby, two classrooms (providing teaching areas of approx. 56 sqm), 2 storerooms, 2 toilets with hand basins and disabled toilet to current Building Regulations (Part M). - Specification for 6 bay double classroom with toilet facilities
