No builders “Estimate”, we only work to fixed prices. Our aim is to capture the entire project specification as far as is possible at the outset to inform your budget more accurately and equally important to highlight what is not included. Project Build timescales can vary due to the size and specification detailed, (Industry standard is 12 weeks).
