About WeatherForm Ltd
Weatherform is a leading manufacturer of glass fibre (GRP) Soaker Sheets, roof terminals, and accessories, supplying more individual brand name units than any other UK company. We have 20 years of experience in manufacturing quality products in the ventilation business.
Soaker Sheets:
Weatherform can manufacture roof Soaker Sheets to suit ANY roof terminal, to any available profile, to any available colour. There are virtually no restrictions when considering roof angles, aperture shapes and sizes, colours, or special requirements. We have recently developed a soaker sheet-upstand designed for use with acrylic roof domes, both static and opening. We have also developed a Soaker Sheet for use with Sun Pipes and Velux roof windows. Technical support is available free of charge to all clients relating to profile identification, sourcing, suitability, and availability.
Existing product ranges:
Weatherform can provide an alternative or additional manufacturing source with the capability of reproducing existing components to exact specification.
New designs:
With pattern making facilities available, Weatherform can assist with new designs, remodelling, or product upgrades. In the past year we have manufactured GRP doorway canopies for use with residential housing projects.
Off-the-shelf products:
Available in horizontal and vertical format, our roof terminals have been designed to accommodate the majority of plate axial fans currently available. All units are manufactured from very high quality, gloss finish glass fibre reinforced polyester, providing lightweight, weatherproof, ready to use terminals.
We manufacture units to suit plate axial fans sizes and we also have a complete L2 range designed for use with insulated upstands and useful for sizing units to suit existing upstands.
Accessories:
A complete range of optional gravity Air Shutters and Birdguards are available to suit all unit sizes.
Weatherform Purlin Boxes are manufactured in white GRP to provide a lightweight unit specifically to compliment modern roofing systems.
