non-existing customer service. after one year still waiting for replacement of window handles. Many excuses why they cant turn up, short notice rearrangements due to holidays of staff (!), still waiting. Managers dont reply to complaints. Do not use this company.

Do not use this firm. You would be hard pushed to find a window firm that offers worse customer service. After 6 months of excuses, they are still unable to give us a delivery date for our order of bi-fold doors. We have no choice but to cancel the order and go elsewhere. They should have just said that they didnt want our order. Shocking lack of communication and customer care.
