Typical costs

Obviously the quote depends on the condition of the floor, the type of work to be carried out and the quality of finish.

However, to try and give you some sort of idea, a recent job involved sanding and finishing the downstairs of a old railway cottage. I received the call on the Saturday, I quoted £600 and the floor was completed within 2 days and ready the following Saturday.
