So you need a little extra space but its too expensive to move.

Right your first step is to contact us for a free consultation. We will advise you of the best way to gain that extra space and if what you want to do is actually allowed.

If you decide to go ahead we will conduct a site survey from which a draft set of plans will be produced. These will be presented to you for your approval. Once approved by you a full submission will be prepared including all documentation. Upon payment of all fees these will be submitted to the local authority. We will deal with all local authority contact and it will normally take 8 weeks to obtain planning permission.



If construction drawings are required these usually take 6 weeks for a full plans submission. This can run concurrently with the planning permission or as most clients prefer can start after planning permission has been granted.
