About RJ Associates
Based at Emsworth in Hants, R J Associates provides professional structural engineering services for all types of buildings and structures from small value commissions including brief structural survey reports through to high value projects such as facilities on offshore platforms.

Our design expertise encompasses all conventionally adopted materials including reinforced concrete, steelwork, masonry and timber using recognised and advanced analysis techniques including CAD.
Capabilities
We can undertake all types of structural engineering design analysis for a complete range of structures and buildings. R J Associates has designed pharmaceutical buildings, shop & office developments, warehouses and all types of housing projects etc., as well as process structures for oil & gas projects and offshore platforms.
Projects can be undertaken from inception, through all stages of design and construction to finalisation of accounts, statutory adoptions etc.
Structural surveys on domestic and industrial buildings for house or business purchase. The costs of not having a survey can be enormous. R J Associates will carry out a full written survey to check and report on each individual facet of the property.
As well as standard projects designing with reinforced concrete, steelwork, timber and masonry we can provide a dynamic analysis and design of dynamically sensitive structures, the seismic analysis of structures, buildings and foundations, and the design of structures in a marine/offshore environment. R J Associates in associates with Tricorn Caribbean has recently analysed the foundations and process structures of a Sullage Plant in Antigua, West Indies, to comply with the local seismic regulations.
Design is fully supported with computer structural analysis programmes including finite element modelling and space frame analysis.
Design and drawing is undertaken using the latest CAD facilities.
