Andrews Water Heaters is the UK market leader for the supply of high efficiency gas-fired commercial water heaters, having the broadest portfolio of products and the largest selection of 26 models in the condensing water heating sector alone.

Established since 1976, Andrews has for many years been the No. 1 provider of cost effective water heating solutions in a wide variety of multiple residential, commercial and industrial properties. The basic design principles of our units offer energy efficient operation, which has been successfully exploited in a number of award winning projects e.g. the MAXXflo unit, winner of the Queens for Enterprise Award 2007: Innovation category 2007.

These principles have been further developed to meet changing environmental concerns, Water Bye-laws, Building Regulations (Part L), the new Low Carbon Buildings Programme and the Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme, qualifying a number of Andrews condensing products for the Energy Technology List.

The Andrews Water Heaters business is based in Erdington, Birmingham and, together with Potterton Commercial, forms Baxi Commercial Division, part of the Baxi Group. The company is committed to a policy of producing high quality products under approved manufacturing systems with ISO 9002 accreditation. Andrews was the first water heating company to market CE and was the first to receive BBA certification.

Service Department Andrews Water Heaters operates a nationwide service response covering the whole of the UK. Based at our Head Office in Erdington, Birmingham, we are equipped to offer a full after sales service. We operate a team of dedicated Engineers trained to be fully conversant with all our products, many with ACS training and Corgi registration. We are also able to offer our services for other manufacturers' products.
