This also provides the opportunity for the client to amend or re-assign the space if required, without incurring costly remedial works on site.


Once the concept has been agreed in principal on plan, we can offer a full visual rendering of any given space, again confirming the design is fulfilling the brief. This enables the planners to place the building into its true environment, and helps planning officers to see the finished design without the need to lay a brick and allowing all contractors involved to work towards an agreed vision.
