Reduce operating costs with a wet concrete batching plant
To maintain a competitive edge in the construction industry, businesses need to find ways to cut costs using the latest concrete equipment. The wet concrete batching plant does just that by lowering transportation, labour and job-site preparation costs.
Wet concrete batching plants are the standard for ready-mix and site batching where high-strength and high-quality concrete is required in minimal time.
They come fitted with either a planetary or twin-shaft mixer, depending on the capacity of the plant. The aggregate is batched automatically from the aggregate storage bins onto a weighing conveyor belt. The weighed aggregate is fed into the mixer where cement and water are automatically added. The concrete is then mixed by the forced action of mixing paddles and arms before being discharged fully-mixed into the transit concrete mixer truck or directly into a concrete pump truck, as may be required in the case of on-site batching.
The Mobile 60 concrete batching plants as sold by Utranazz, the Concrete Equipment Specialist have 4 aggregate bins and are capable of producing 35m3 – 130m3 of wet concrete per hour. Each unit is fitted with two separate conveyor belts to enable faster batching. One belt is used to weigh the aggregates whilst the other belt simultaneously feeds the single-shaft mixer. This allows for precise measurement of raw materials and continual loading even whilst batching.
Wet concrete batching plants produce completely homogenous concrete by the time it is discharged into the truck, which ultimately reduces costs as it eliminates the need for high-speed mixing in a concrete truck prior to dispatch. This reduces wear and tear costs on a fleet of concrete mixers, which is construction industries highest capital expense.
The Tecnomix wet concrete batching plant with mixer as sold by Utranazz is designed to allow complete mobility and for the production of high quality concrete directly at the construction site where needed. They can be installed directly at the site where needed for high volume production for short periods of time saving on transportation and installation costs. The optimised compact design of the wet concrete batching plant allows for easy transportation and handling. The hydraulic lifter kit allows the loading and unloading of the plant from the transport vehicle without the need for a crane. The Tecnomix wet concrete batching plant
batching of materials is carried out by deduction by means of a weighing system with load cells and an electronic device.
the weighing system with load cells is dimensioned to ensure an accurate weighing +/- 3% greater than the requirements set by European standards.
Superior dosing accuracy.
Equipped with planetary mixers with a vertical axis and forced mixing - the best type of mixing to produce high quality concrete.
Capable of producing 50m3 of wet concrete per hour.
Specially designed conveyor belt lifts the raw materials and fold

Easy on site storage with this mobile cement silo
Horizontal, mobile cement silos are versatile and adaptable to your construction project needs. The Sami cement silo can be used to store lime, fillers, fly ash, sand and of course cement. It is easily transportable and has a very low negative impact on the environment. No crane is needed for assembly at the site and doesn't need to be anchored to the ground while in operation.
The horizontal design is optimised for sea and road transport and onsite set-up even inside tunnels or in congested cities. Telescopic lifters readily help load and unload the cement silo from the transport vehicle and level the silo at the job site. This means that there are no additional handling costs setting up the mobile horizontal silo where needed. No foundations or authorisation required for set-up.
The discharge of material from the cement silo is performed via a horizontal extracting screw and inclined discharge screw with dimensions for standard flows of 17, 25 and 40m2/hour. An adjustable ball joint allows the discharge screw to rotate allowing greater freedom of positioning on the building site. Electric vibration transmission system intervenes should a leakage occur due to a blockage.
Air jets keep the stored materials ventilated so that they don't dry up inside the silo.
Batching of materials from a Sami mobile cement silo can be set by means of an adjustable timer. This timed extraction system is particularly suitable for continuous productions. Accurate electronic batching is done via deduction using a weigh-batching system with load cells and an electronic device.
The mobile cement silo is the prefect storage solution for short term construction sites and for those in isolated areas that are difficult to access by cranes and other heavy equipment.
Concerned about spare parts replacement or breakdowns after sales? Utranazz have a structured network of qualified and reliable technicians in the UK and in many other countries across the globe to keep your and your cement silo in business.

Buying a concrete batching plant will do this for your business
Buying a wet concrete batching plant will allow complete mobility and production of large volumes of high quality concrete directly at the construction site exactly where needed. Investing in a concrete batching plant will lower transportation and installation costs.
The small, compact design of the Sami Tecnomix wet concrete batching plant means it can be installed on sites such as tunnels or traffic congested city centres within just a few hours of arrival. They are pre-wired and automated to allow easy handling of the plant at the construction site.
The hydraulic lifter allows for the loading and unloading of the batching plant from a flat-bed transporter without the need for a crane. Wet bin Sami Tecnomix concrete batching plant

Extractor belts extract the aggregates which are then transported by a rubber bucket elevator belt. If the aggregates get blocked inside one of the storage bins, the system automatically detects this. The batching of materials is done by means of a weighing system with load cells to ensure an accurate weighing starting with individual extractions of 250kg/m3. There is a special system that allows for the continuous cleaning of the bucket elevator conveyor and automatic recovery of materials. This process ensures superior dosing accuracy.
The Sami wet concrete batching plant has an automatic washing system which conveys high pressure water to a number of special nozzles located within the mixer which ensure complete washing of the bin and mixing arms. The final cleaning time is reduced by more than 80%.
There is a simple and intuitive touch-screen management system on board the batching plant allowing complete control of the production process. The software memorises formulas and stores concrete mix recipes by archiving the doses performed by progressive number, date and time of pouring. Batching reports can be downloaded and transferred via a USB pen drive.
Main functional features of the Sami concrete batching plant
