Feasibility / Inception / Strategic Stage – Utilising early stage designs and incorporating timeline behavioral modeling, we can simulate the outline construction sequence utilising stakeholder design and value-engineered proposals.

Tender / Negotiation Stage – We can plan, programme and simulate the construction sequence utilising value engineering, buildability, constructability and logistical proposals during tender and negotiation stage prior to contract award. The benefit to the contractor is a clear understanding and appreciation of the design, procurement and construction programme by the client.

Preconstruction Stage– During preconstruction stage, we can create the project programme in terms of project logistics, sequencing behavior, risk identification and resolution prior to site commencement with a clear strategy for the project for all team members.

Construction Stage – During the construction stage of the contract we can plan, programme and manage the project programme undertaking 4D / 5D construction techniques and analysis in order to ‘drive’ the project to within budgetary and project delivery time constraints. This benefit allows clients and contractors to ‘visually’ review and monitor the progression of the contract against the baseline time and cost.

Commissioning Stage - We can assist M & E contractors and consultants in preparing M & E programmes for construction and civil engineering projects.

Post Contract Stage – Depending on the type and nature of the contract, we can provide retrospective programme contractual services for clients, designers and contractors.

Forensic Delay Analysis – We can provide 4D / 5D programme Forensic Delay Analysis services for Construction and Civil Engineering Projects. The advantage of this FDA approach is that contract risk and delay events can be simulated,managed and demonstrated accordingly and visually.

Claims Preparation advice and assistance – We can assist and advise clients and contractors on the preparation of / defence of contractual claims for construction and civil engineering projects using our bespoke services.
