We listen carefully to your brief, offer advice where needed, and then proactively (and confidentially) go out to find you the right person. We organise, manage and pay for any advertising, search our own and numerous specialist databases, attend relevant industry exhibitions to hand out printed job adverts, initiate referral schemes, work with recruitment partners and leave no stone unturned in our quest to find you the right person. We initially interview and select a short list of candidates for you to consider, we sort out any interview arrangements with the candidates you prefer. We then professionally handle interview feedback to the candidates, good or bad. Although this can involve thousands of pounds and many hours investment on our part, this is all FREE to you. Only when you take somebody on and they actually start with you does a pre agreed fee become payable.
