Moulton Taggart is a Chartered Quantity Surveyors, based in Islington, London, and was founded by the two partners in 1999. Jonathan Moulton has taken over the running of the growing practice entirely.

Projects
Moulton Taggart specialises in providing cost modeling, strategic advice and traditional quantity surveying services, together with procurement and contract advice, contract administration and project management for client projects.

We have provided cost control and advice for various domestic and commercial developments, and have acted as quantity surveyor on numerous modernisation projects at the headquarters of the RIBA. We have been involved in projects for schools, community centres, health centres and offices, and understand that there are often other factors to consider than just the bottom line when delivering value for money for our clients.

Our appointment on several multi-million pound schemes has established our skills in the field of major development, and yet some of our domestic projects are in the small-to-medium range, where clients are often experiencing their first taste of the construction industry. At both ends of the spectrum, however, we provide a sensitive approach to budgetary control, both before and after work commences on site.
