COVERTECH was founded in 1999 by Steve McFetridge and John Hastie. Both partners have a solid grounding in engineering and wanted to bring these skills into a business which specialised in bespoke fabrications from reinforced PVC material.

Traditional techniques for sewing this material have been refined in-house and employed alongside high frequency and hot air welding procedures to produce high quality, competitively priced finishes which have grabbed the attention of our customers.


Technical excellence has been championed to run parallel with a truly customer focused service and this philosophy has led to growth.
From a company which cut its teeth on industrial covers we have grown by applying what we have learned to other market places.
Today, as well as our covers, we are recognised for our ability to finish printed banners, displays and prepare large format projects for installation such as building wraps.

Other areas include work for cricket clubs, theatre companies and events management organisations.
