With over 50 years combined experience in the building trade we have worked on most domestic and comercial projects and offer a professional and reliable service to all our clients no matter what the project may be.
I have been working in the building trade for over 12 years now and started out serving my time as a Bricklayer where I picked up quite a range of skills and knowledge of the building trade including all aspects of house building, groundworks and driveways etc. I then moved on to plastering/rendering more recently but now run a small team of fully qualified builders. I also use my own Gas Safe and electrical sub-contractors. Thanks, Jim.

Unreliable, unorganised and the work was performed to a very poor standard.
Rarely turned up when promised and always missed Mondays. When he did turn up he usually only performed short days. When leaving he did not check that the work performed was actually finished so I had to regularly bring issues to his attention when he returned to the job.
His approach to the work was very unorganised. Despite providing a detailed specification of the required work I had to constantly remind him about aspects of the job that needed to be carried out. It felt like there was little consideration or planning of the work before it was actually carried out to minimise disruption and ensure it was delivered to a high standard.
On the final day of the job he rushed the remaining 3-4 days worth of work. The final result is very poor with parts of the job left unfinished. What was finished looks like an amateur DIY project. I am still finding issues with the work 2 months later.
Most of the work is not fit for purpose and will need to be started again. I brought the issues to his attention and he said he would put the work right. Since then I have heard nothing from him and he wont answer his phone.
I have since written to him notifying him of my complaints which have all been ignored so I am currently in the process of having to reclaim my money back via the small claims court.
