About Floodsense

Airbrick Covers
Airbricks are positioned in walls to ventilate a room or under-floor area. Airbricks can be made of clay, galvanised steel or plastic and are one, two or three bricks deep. They are usually found fairly low, below the damp proof course.

Simple to fit, simple to clean.

The covers are clipped to custom-fitted back frames that have been sealed to the wall. Like Floodguards, the greater the water pressure, the tighter the seal. After use simply wash the covers and put them away. All covers are white – to remind property owners to remove them after the danger of flooding has passed.

Custom seal colours and sizes to fit your property.
Back frames can be ordered in grey, brown, brick red and white but we can produce almost any custom colour to ensure that your frames blend in to the walls of the property being protected. We can also make custom back frames and covers to deal with any unusually shaped airbricks or vents.

Floodsense ImageFlood Barriers
Deflecting flood water from entry to property.
A form of flood resistance, flood barriers come in many different formations to cover entrances, doorways and windows. The correct barrier should be fitted depending on potential flood requirements.

Floodsense ImageFlood Alarm
Stay notified of flood anytime.
If you are away, the Floodalert notifies key holders of a potential flood on the way. Alternatively if the building is occupied, the Floodalert issues an audible alarm warning of a potential flood. Like all good ideas, Floodalert is based on a simple concept: a burglar alarm for water.

Floodsense ImageFlood Sensor
Confined Space Safety.
The Flood Sensor is a mobile flood warning system which monitors the water level. The system's aim is to ensure the safety of personnel working in confined spaces where there is a water course in the vicinity, but it has many flood safety applications.

Floodsense ImageNon-return valve
Stop rising sewage throughout the property.
Sewage is a health hazard.
When flooding strikes sewage flows back though sewage pipes and out of toilets into the house. If this happens, the health risks can be dangerous.

Floodsense ImageSealing cable/service entry points
The RISE Duct and Multi-Cable Transit Sealing System.
Floodsense is experienced in using a variety of flood protection installation techniques via leak paths such as service entry points (e.g.) ventilation ducts, electricity, data and phone cables and other utility pipes. Using the most advanced product range for water tight sealing for cable and pipe entries the RISE duct seal is a multi-cable and pipe transit sealing system which provides an effective and simple solution to watertight duct sealing requirements.

Floodsense ImageSump and Pump
Water settles to the lowest point.
Once inside the building, water will settle to the lowest point of the property and rise from there. A two part solution that can be scaled up to work buildings of any size.
