CB Precast Limited are specialists in the Design, Supply and Installation of Concrete Flooring Systems, including Beam and Block, Insulated Floor Systems, Hollowcore and Bespoke Stair Units.

Beam and Block
Our system of prestressed, wet casting has been designed to meet all industry standards and are CE marked to comply with the Construction Products Regulations. Whether you specify or install, rest assured you can feel confident with one of the most user friendly floors on the market.

Beam and Block has been the flooring of choice in the UK building industry for over 40 years. Supplied in 2 different depths, our units are ideal for RESIDENTIAL and COMMERCIAL floors.

Insulated Flooring
As the regulations governing the construction of sustainable homes focus more and more on the reduction of CO2 emissions, CB Precast provides their Beamshield Insulated Flooring System which achieves a U-Value as low as 0.10W/m²K. The system focuses on insulation as an integral component of the flooring - as well as reducing Thermal Bridging.

Hollowcore
CB Precast employ a professional design and technical team who provide comprehensive customer advice from concept to completion of your project. Specialist AutoCad software is used to provide our drawings and structural calculations are provided to either BS8110 or EC2.

Our Hollowcore units can be provided with factory formed notches, holes, slots and progressive collapse reinforcement detailing.

Stair Units
All Flights and Landings are hand made, bespoke units which are manufactured to your exact requirements. All materials used in the manufacturing process conforms to BS 8110.

CB Precast’s design team use the latest AutoCAD software to rapidly generate full structural plans and sections, showing all the salient details of the staircase. CB Precast produce staircase components to a variety of profiles and features to meet the specific need of each individual project.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Health, safety and the well being of our staff and visitors continues to be of high priority at CB Precast. CB Precast work with the Health and Safety Executive, Site Managers, Staff and Operatives alike to help promote a culture of safety awareness and safe operating practices - controlling risk, preventing accidents and ensuring the highest level of safety to all involved.

DESIGN
Each project is allocated a dedicated member of the design team - meaning that you will have the same designer throughout the duration of your project. Also, prior to being trained as a designer, each member of the design team has spent time in our estimating department. It is this in-depth knowledge of our industry that allows the designers to offer Value Engineering throughout the course of the project. It is this kind of dedication that leads us to believe that our customer focus/service is second-to-none.

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION
With many years of experience at organising and fitting precast units, the knowledge accrued by our contracts and fixing teams should lead to a hassle free on-site experience.

In the unlikely event that there are issues, our contracts and fixing teams experiences on-site should mean that almost any situation that arises can be resolved - If you would rather speak face-to-face, site visits can be arranged.
