Areaview Ltd is a building contractor with over 20 years’ experience based in West London, specialising in the construction of basements groundwork and concrete frames throughout London and home counties.

We carry out the construction of single and double storey basements and basement extensions within and outside of the footprint of existing buildings or as a independent new build construction. We construct basements for both commercial and residential clients.

As a high percentage of our projects are within inner London, we offer expertise in operating on sites with restricted access. We also provide a separate groundwork service. References both from professional consultants and previous clients are available upon application. An insurance backed guarantee can be provided for the completed works.
