About The Pot Company
The Pot Company has been sourcing garden planters from around the world for almost 30 years. This depth of experience has allowed us to develop a unique and varied range that features consistently popular design themes and materials with proven durability.
During this time we have also established an outstanding reputation for customer service and rapid fulfilment. Unlike many sellers, we hold vast amounts of stock; there are typically around 100,000 pots in our 38,000 square foot warehouse. This allows us to exercise strict quality control procedures and despatch on a next day basis if required.
In addition to distributing nationally, we are increasingly active in the international market and welcome export enquiries.
We are the market leader in the supply of large and small planters and containers of all shapes, colours and materials – whether for the home, amenity scheme or commercial project.

Delivery
Our delivery services vary depending on the product, manufacturer and stock levels.
It is our intention that orders will be delivered within 7 working days, although most deliveries will be quicker than this. A member of our sales team will call the customer to arrange a delivery day. Delivery is to kerbside/ground floor entrance. For a delivery at a specific time on a particular day an extra charge may be incurred.
Please inspect the goods upon delivery, and sign for their receipt. If the goods are damaged, take a note of the damage and if possible a digital photograph and contact us within 24 hours to inform us of the problem.
