Tooling manufacture is placed with a range of sub contactors chosen for their ability to supply the correct type and standard of tooling for any particular project.

Moulding
Simon Plastics use only the latest microprocessor controlled equipment to ensure fault free and consistent production. Significant investment in robotics and power saving electric drive machines ensures highly efficient production performance.

Manufacture
Simon Plastics has nearly 50 years experience in the manufacture of complex Plastic assemblies. Many customers use Simon Plastics to provide complete packaged assemblies produced at low cost with all parts manufactured, resourced, assembled and transported for the customer.

Assembly
Dedicated assembly areas provide virtually unlimited services and facilities including ultrasonic welding, air assembly techniques, printing, CNC machining and packaging.
