Land Development Services
We provide a wide range of planning services for commercial, industrial and residential development. These services include the preparation and presentation of planning applications, preparation of Design & Access Statements, site development potential appraisals, resolution of enforcement issues and expert advice on complicated planning applications.

We undertake the preparation and presentation of appeals to the Welsh Assembly Government and have an excellent track record in obtaining successful outcomes for our clients. Other professionals including Architects, Surveyors, Civil Engineers, Estate Agents, Highways Engineers and Property Developers have found that our expertise has often provided strategic solutions to some very difficult planning problems.

Drawing Services
The practice offers an in house architectural drawing service for any project from extension, barn conversions, new housing, tourism & commercial development. The requirements of sustainability Code 3 and Breeam recently introduced by Welsh Assembly Government are expressly considered and met.

This is an experienced multi-disciplined Town Planning Consultancy that has been operating for over 5 years based in Pembrokeshire. Among us we have the benefit of over 30 years' professional experience in private and public sector planning and have planners previously worked for Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Pembrokeshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council and Carmarthenshire County Council.

Over the years we have built up a wealth of planning knowledge with its ever-increasing complexities and the Local Planning Authority demands for additional information for justification and information to accompany all types planning applications. Our specialties, relate to:
