Public Sector
We have successfully completed commissions for a wide range of public sector bodies from local authorities seeking to understand and improve their recycling services through to supporting central government in carrying out and analysing the outcome of policy consultations. In doing so we are acutely aware of the challenges the public sector is facing and tailor our support to your needs and budget.

Private Sector
We have worked for a wide range of private sector clients ranging from local recycling companies through to national retail chains and sector trade associations. Our objective is to identify the most cost effective path to regulatory compliance, and in the process identify opportunities for building capacity within our client companies so that our services are targeted where they are most needed.

Beyond Waste was founded by Alan Potter, a Chartered Waste Manager and Environmentalist with over 30 years experience dealing with compliance issues including working for the regulator and trade association. He has extensive experience in regulatory negotiation and has acted as expert witness in court and inquiry settings.
