I used this company a while ago and I wished I hadnt, the fence panels were very cheap and nasty, they obviously use the cheapest supplier around, within a day they were shrinking so much the overlapped panels separated, after a call to get them replaced it took almost three months to get them back, every excuse under the sun to avoid coming back to put things right, the ones that were replaced are just as bad. One panel had to be partially dismantled to fit but when it was re-assembled in the posts the strengthening strip at the rear of the panel was left off. What the customer cant see etc.
Pleasant when quoting but very arrogant and quite ignorant when trying to get things put right. Insists on cash on completion too which doesnt give you time to look properly at the job.
Try mybuilder or trustatrader or any company that will give a warranty on their work and lets you pay only when you are happy.
