About us
After training and qualifying in Three Dimensional Design and Architecture, Tom Boyle forged a successful career in project management, working for leading construction companies. Establishing a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail, commitment to realising his clients' objectives and regularly exceeding their expectations, Tom Boyle formed Belleville Developments on these same principles.

Our professional management team – including in-house architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor and project managers – complement our highly skilled and experienced site staff, ensuring complete client satisfaction. We consider a personal approach, project transparency and integrity of practice to be just as important a part of our professional service as our renowned high standards of craftsmanship and finish.

Minor works
Our reliable team of builders and building contractors can tackle minor, less invasive works, either as part of or independent of an existing Design and Build project. These include kitchen and bathroom fit-outs, electrical upgrades and certificates, boiler replacements and services, and painting and decorating. On top of this, rest assured that no job is too big or too small for our experienced handyman service.
