Contract Lifting Services
You may hire a wide variety of cranes from ICLS. Talk to us about the job involved and we can recommend the right type and size of crane for you. Working with us on a hire-only basis means that you are responsible for producing a Risk Assessment, Method Statement and Lift Plan plus obtaining the relevant insurance. It is also your responsibility to provide adequately trained crane operators. If this option isn’t right for your organisation, take a look at our Contract Lifting service (above). Our priorities are safety, service and value.

Plant Movement Services
Moving and installing plant requires specialist equipment and qualified operators. ICLS offers both aspects, together with professional project management. Our plant moving team is fully accredited and insured. This service is available as part of our Plant Extraction & Relocation option (see above) or as a standalone requirement. Your plant is safely transported to any location and then installed in the new site. Full Risk Assessments and Method Statements are provided. ICLS provides a complete service looking after every detail for your peace of mind.

Traffic Management Services
Disruption is inevitable when plant and machinery need to be lifted. This often affects traffic, parking, bus services and pedestrians. Careful planning and management are required to:

• Change the flow of traffic and pedestrians
• Install narrow lanes, diversions and road closures as needed
• Suspend bus stops and parking, allocating temporary provision as available
• Install traffic lights to manage traffic flow
• Provide safety measures such as task lighting, arrow boards and marshals
• Liaise with relevant local authority contacts to obtain licences as needed
• Provide safe enclosures for the storage of plant and equipment
