Concrete
Concrete is an extremely popular finish. But the great news is that it’s here to stay. You only have to observe concrete in modern architecture to see how it has become embraced by many architects and designers across the world.

Architectural Concrete is incredible as it is structural, yet the beauty is in it’s unapologetic simplicity.

Concrete is a truly versatile product. It can come in many forms, such as blocking, rough, smooth, aged, shuttered, and not to mention the many shades of colour and tones.

Pitted
Pitted polished plaster carries the appearance and feel of stone. Varying in depth and irregularity, according to the application process.

At Hikitia, we pull a lot of inspiration from nature. Pitting, textures and fissures can be added with various washes in order to achieve a truly unique piece of work.

Venetian Plaster is a real statement product that can add a real impact to your project when done correctly. Our materials are supplied by Novacolor. Combined with our extensive training in this field we have the expertise needed to make your project look as authentic as the real thing. Polished Plastering - Grassello
Polished plaster, also known as Grassello or Spatulato. A mixture of lime putty and extremely fine marble flour.

This is an Italian classic finish. Once used to coat columns, steps and facades. Grassello has been used for centuries to give the appearance of marble walls. Applied by compressing down material to a very high shine. Probably one of the most labour intensive finishes that we provide.
Grassello needs a perfect background to go onto. Grassello is sometimes referred to as Spatulato.
Can be pigmented to any colour or shade.

Dragged
Dragged finish is normally produced with (yet not limited to) Marmorino Venetian Plaster.

This material, used in accordance with a specialist technique, can create a real linear, woven type of effect. It is then compressed down and finished with wax or a wash. The result is a distressed stone look.

This is a great finish to use if you want to make a room appear larger or longer.

Logo
If you have a brand logo that you want to shout about then what better way to do so than to make it appear like it’s been chiselled into venetian plaster. Logo stencilling can add a real sense of depth to your wall.

Logo work can be used in conjunction which pretty much any material, depending on the desired result.
This can make a real impact in reception desk area or even a meeting room.
