Water Fed Pole Window Cleaning
Efficient Cleaning Services use a water fed pole system to eliminate the Health and Safety concerns regarding high level commercial window cleaning. Where previously we had to use ladders, hydraulic platforms and portable scaffolds, using the Water Fed Pole System we can now clean windows up to a height of 80 feet.

The Water Fed Pole System consists of a truck mounted, five stage water treatment system and composite glass or carbon fibre Water Fed Pole to deliver 100% pure water to clean windows and facade surfaces safely.

Abseiling & Rope Access
Abseiling or Rope Access is becoming the preferred method of accessing high buildings, it is a cost effective alternative to Cradle Systems, which require expensive maintenance.

Ladder Access Window Cleaning
Ladders are the traditional method of accessing windows at height, although other methods are now popular, ladders (when used safely by trained operatives) are still widely used within the commercial window cleaning industry.

While they may not always be the safest of instruments for a window cleaner, we ensure that our employees are well trained and knowledgeable on how to best avoid risk when setting up and cleaning.

Cradle Access Window Cleaning
At Efficient Cleaning Services, we’re able to carry out window cleaning using cradle/suspended access equipment on many large buildings in London and the surrounding areas. Our specialist high-rise window cleaning teams are fully conversant with the use of cradles for external window & facade cleaning and ensure the equipment is operated safely and efficiently at all times.

We are aware that there is no set design and that all cradle systems are different, that is why before using any cradle system initially, we will contact the manufacturers to organise any specialist training required for that specific equipment along with a full working demonstration so that cradle access when cleaning the windows on your building is carried out correctly and safely at all times.

Mobile Platform Window Cleaning
We can access buildings up to 70 metres high using a wide range of equipment. This equipment includes Truck Mounted Platforms, Spiders and Scissor Lifts which can be utilised for internal and external access.

Fall Protection Safe Window Cleaning
For cleaning and maintenance purposes it is sometimes necessary to access external windows from the inside of a building, or from an access point where there is an element of risk.

To comply with the 2005 Working at Height Regulations date-tested (BS 7883) safety eye-bolts (BS EN 795) must be installed to allow our operatives to attach themselves via a lanyard & safety harness (BS EN 363) to this secure anchorage point
