More than a roof......Community Campus 87 is an Industrial and Provident Society
which through the renovation of houses and community buildings, the provision of construction and building maintenance services provides jobs, training and houses for homeless people.

Formed in 1987, Community Campus has developed a range of projects in supported housing, resettlement, personal development and training and has established Community Campus Trading Ltd to provide construction services and employment opportunities for local people.


What construction service does Community Campus and Community Campus Trading provide?

• Community Campus Trading provides construction and building maintenance services to a number of cients in the public, private and Social Housing sectors. It's multi functional teams focus on property maintenance, void property managment and repairs including joinery, electrical and painting and decorating services. The comany also provides Target Hardening services for residents of Hartlepool working in partnership with Hartlepool safer Communities


• The Key Skills project provides opportunities for people who wish to train and learn on site construction skills through the renovation of houses for homeless peole and the revitalisation of community buildings. Working with key partners in Stockton, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool. Including: Stockton, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool Borough Councils and the Hartlepool Revival.
  The ''Opening Doors'' Project is the name of the joint wenture with hartlepool Revival which aims to buld on the project work and establish an independent Hartlepool based social enterprise providing construction and training services.
