The firm will create two buildings at the new Maylands Business Centre in Eastman Way.
The first two-storey building will create an innovation centre complete with individual offices for council administration staff, in addition to first floor space available for new starter businesses to rent. The second single-storey building will create 18 separate industrial units for small businesses, ranging from light manufacture to storage and maintenance.

The buildings will consist of a steel frame with a mixture of metal and composite cladding and face brickwork.
