Willmott Dixon's repair and maintenance specialist Willmott Dixon Partnerships has won a five year contract worth £45m with Notting Hill Housing Trust to develop a unique and personalised maintenance service for the Trust's 15,000 social rented customers.
The contract, which can be extended to 10 years if successful, will see Willmott Dixon work closely with Notting Hill's housing staff and customers to deliver a responsive repairs and voids service throughout London.
Willmott Dixon Partnerships managing director Mick Williamson said: "We are delighted to be given this opportunity to work with Notting Hill in delivering a first-class service to residents. We believe Notting Hill's 'Altogether Better' approach to customer service, in which one housing officer works directly with a much smaller group of tenants, is an exciting new model for the sector and we are enthusiastic about being involved in developing and delivering this vision alongside the Trust."
Willmott Dixon and Notting Hill will work together to achieve a year-on-year improvements in service performance, tenant satisfaction and value for money.
The new contract brings to over 135,000 the number of domestic properties that Willmott Dixon is responsible for. This includes over 60,000 properties for Europe's biggest landlord, Birmingham City Council, in the north and south of the city.
