Panel Projects Ltd has announced that it has re-branded to Gilcrest Manufacturing to encapsulate all of the businesses.
The decision to re-brand was made following the expansion of the business over recent years into different specialist areas.
Key examples of theses include: cleanrooms, acoustic solutions and modular accommodation.
All of the businesses have a specialist division.
•Puracore will be the division for its Cleanroom Range
•Puracoustic for acoustic solutions
•Puraspace for modular accommodation
Panel Products will remain as another division, continuing to deal with the specialised, bespoke and customised panel solutions.
All contracts will remain the same.
Peter Danford will remain as Managing Director of what will now be know as Gilcrest Manufacturing, however some new faces will be onboard dedicated to each division to ensure a first class service across each speciality is delivered.
Changes will take effect from 1st January 2012, coinciding with the launch of its new website. Any payments and invoicing after this date should be addressed to Gilcrest Manufacturing, however all other information will remain the same, including company registration number, VAT number, address etc.
A reminder will be issued when the changes come into effect to ensure all invoicing and payments can be managed correctly.
