Anglo Access, the UK's newest rope access and work at height equipment suppliers, launched a brand new customer-focused, interactive website last month www.angloaccess.co.uk
The website is designed in direct response to Anglo Accessís research into what the customer looking for work at height PPE really wants.
Anglo Access owner Chris Harbottle said: "At Anglo Access we take customer care very seriously, talking and listening to our customers and taking their views on board. Over the past months we have conducted a series of informal research programs with regards to rope access companies and related equipment users, the results have influenced the new website design and content."
The new website "bucks the trend", being interactive, user-friendly and secured by Thawte 256-bit encryption. The site provides customers with detailed information, close-up photographs of all its quality products and includes a growing equipment selection section that allows customers to see the products in actual work situations.
"Our customers want to be able to choose on-line, to see the products and find out which products will best suit their needs" says Chris Harbottle. "We are a successful, growing and strongly reliable company dedicated to a 100% customer satisfaction. This year we have invested time and funds into technical staff training to maintain the high level of customer service we pride ourselves on. We are continually improving our products and services range, the new website was the natural next step."
Chris Harbottle added: "We are in a competitive market. Customers rightly expect a good deal and a professional service. At Anglo Access we know that our products are not only the very best available but also that we listen to our customers. As a result, we will continue to refine our products and services to meet their needs now and in the future."
Anglo Access specializes in the supply of Petzl rope access and fall prevention equipment but their range of products available on-line is set to expand greatly over the coming months.
