Leicester's premier supplier of wall and floor tiles has refitted their extended showroom using the renowned Ultra Tile ProRapid RS, SuperWhite WR Flex and FlexJoint.
Leicester Tile Centre completed wall tiling installations within their extended showroom using Ultra Tile’s paste adhesive, SuperWhite WR Flex. Powder adhesive, ProRapid RS, was used for all flooring installations and FlexJoint grout was used to finish all the tiling perfecting the elegant new appearance.
Ultra Tile SuperWhite WR Flex, 1 of 3 ready mixed adhesives available from the brand, is truly brilliant white in colour, highly flexible and suitable for most common substrates. Its increased water resistance combined with anti-fungal technology ensures the adhesive is fully mould resistant. SuperWhite WR Flex is non-slip due to excellent bond properties, and conforms to BS EN 12004 D2T.
Expertly formulated with exceptional bond strength, flexibility and fast setting capabilities, ProRapid RS is ideal for porcelain and natural stone applications. The adhesive can be applied at a bed thickness of between 3-12mm on walls or floors. Its open time is 40 minutes and it will be set after just 2.5 hours drying time.
The product is suitable for both wet and dry conditions and is formulated to adhere to most common substrates including screwed and fixed over-boarded wooden floors. High polymer content increases the product’s flexibility and ensures its compatibility with under floor heating systems.
Ultra Tile ProRapid RS conforms to the requirements of EN 12004 Class C2FT and is available in grey or white 20kg bags.
Ultra Tile FlexJoint in a few different colours was used to grout the walls and floors. The grout boasts the following capabilities:
•Improved super fine texture
•Polymer modified for ultimate flexibility
•Totally mould resistant
•Perfectly water repellent
•Suitable for use with under floor heating
•For joint widths from 1-20mm
The premises are now open to the public showcasing the wide range of tiles available.
