Kestrel Way is the latest affordable housing scheme being delivered by Aldwyck Housing Group in partnership with the HCA and Luton Borough Council. It provides a mix of 51 affordable, high quality houses and flats including 37 spacious general needs houses, 8 intermediate rent houses and 6 supported living flats.
The development received investment of £2m from the HCA and land was provided by Luton Borough Council. The builders for the development were SDC Construction Group.

Mr Napier said: "It is great to be here to celebrate the work achieved between Aldwyck, Luton Borough Council and the HCA. There are many special aspects to this project including the striking design, good space standards of the homes and the supported housing element which is helping those with learning disabilities to remain independent in their own home. There is also the excellent work Aldwyck are doing to support young people in training and employment - all of which makes for an attractive and sustainable community within Luton."
Harj Singh, Chief Executive of Aldwyck Housing Group added: "We are proud of this development and all it has allowed us to achieve; providing much needed affordable homes in Luton and opportunities for rolling placements for over 20 students who worked on-site gaining experience in a variety of construction trades including bricklaying, carpentry, plastering and painting to increase their employment prospects both now and in the future."
