Alongside three full PPP financial closes, Miller Construction was involved in six design and build closes on Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and Hub deals, three secondary market sales and one Hub project completion. In addition it was also appointed preferred bidder on four projects, including Avon & Somerset Police PFI.
In addition to the Best Developer Award, Miller Construction was also shortlisted in the Best Pathfinder category for Aberdeen Community Healthcare Village. In making the award the judges stated that Miller Construction’s current success and long-standing history confirms its position as a key player in this market.
Chris Webster, Chief Executive, Miller Construction said: "These are the premier awards in the Partnerships industry and to receive this recognition Best Developer reflects the success we enjoyed in this market in 2012.
