mackwell the global leader in high technology lighting solutions has appointed Camlar, the lighting control specialists, as a dealer for the N-light system.
N-light is a DALI based automated emergency lighting test and monitoring system. Function and duration tests are performed and recorded in accordance with EN standard 62034. The intuitive touch panel makes live emergency system status quick and easy to understand and suitable for a wide range of end user applications. N-light is compatible with mackwell’s range of DALI emergency components and self-contained emergency luminaires. The N-light system is available as a standalone BASE system that connects to 128 luminaires or the CONNECT version that allows for larger building and multi-site monitoring
The XYLUX and ELEDD product ranges also from mackwell, are both DALI compliant and designed to work as part of the N-light system.
The new generation of XYLUX LED luminaires rewrite the rulebook, combining outstanding performance with energy efficiency and discreet designs that fit beautifully into the most prestigious environment. All products utilise that latest in solid state LED technology that create dramatic lifetime cost savings though energy efficiency. Automatic, fully compliant self-testing is available and the XYLUX products can be incorporated into the N-light monitoring system.
The ELEDD driver enables mains powered LED luminaires to be driven in emergency from a battery.
With over 30 years' experience and a reputation for quality emergency lighting solutions, the design and construction of the ELEDD is assured. User-accessible selection of output current means that each ELEDD can be set to any one of four outputs, allowing a more precise match to the host LED scheme. For the supplier this means a smaller stock range and reduced costs. The ELEDD module is a flexible solution for a changing market
Simon McCune, Business Development Manager at N-light, said: "This new dealer agreement is mutually beneficially as it provides mackwell with a new market channel and provides Camlar with a portfolio of the latest emergency lighting technology."
