Lovell Scoops £22m Repairs Contract

Lovell has been appointed to provide repairs services to over 3,900 properties for Estuary Housing Association.

The contract, which is worth £22 million in total turnover over five years, is due to start on 1st July this year.

Lovell will carry out repair work on properties in Essex, Greater London and Suffolk.


Lovell will deliver a 24-hour, 365 days-a-year, reactive repairs service, planned maintenance programmes and carrying out work to refurbish void properties.

Ben Johnson, Assistant Director of property services at Estuary Housing Association, said: "This new partnership with Lovell Repairs and Maintenance marks a step change in the delivery of repairs and maintenance services to Estuary residents and is in line with our new organisational values of Excellence, Care and Innovation.
