Galliford Try has announced it expects record full-year results for 2015.
The company published a trading update on 8 July, with the group expecting to announce its results for the full year on 16 September.
Construction has seen a growth in revenue profits, with a strong order book of £3.5 billion compared to £1.4 billion at the end of June.
The company stated all business units continue to experience an increase in opportunities, while 88% of revenue for the new financial year has been secured.
In housebuilding, the sales rate has further improved since the General Election.
Sales rates compared to the last trading update averaged 0.71 per site per week, a 49% increase on the same period last year.
A total of 3,177 units have been completed (including joint ventures), while in 2014 this figure stood at 3,107 units.
The company has a record total landbank of 15,750 plots, a 13% increase from 13,900 plots in 2014.
The average Linden Homes private sales price is up 7% to £327,000, while last year it was £305,000.
According to the update, there has been 'further excellent growth' in revenue and profits through Galliford Try Partnerships, with a contracting order book of £825 million.
In 2014, this figure stood at £500 million.
Significant progress in the business has also been made, including opening a new office in the north west and entering onto contracts on the major Silvertown Way regeneration project in London.
Greg Fitzgerald, Executive Chairman, said: "It has been another record year for Galliford Try, and we are pleased to see that the momentum across the Group continues, supported by encouraging market trends for all three businesses."
