Highways England has announced work is scheduled to take place completing a major upgrade at junction 17 of the M6 in Cheshire.
The scheme is designed to tackle congestion and boost safety.
It has already improved the flow of traffic between the M6 and A534 with a new roundabout and traffic lights.
A new 'free flow' lane also takes drivers onto the northbound side of the motorway, bypassing the roundabout.
The newly remodelled junction has been operating since April.
Repairs and resurfacing work to the bridge, which carries the A534 over the motorway, will be completed during this month's overnight closures.
Work will take place over seven nights on 10 July from 8pm until 5am during weekdays and until 7am at weekends.
Project Manager Jakub Malaj said: "The new arrangements at the junction have been operating since April and we’ve seen a significant improvement in the flow of traffic.
"We now need to carry out some addition work overnight to repair the bridge over the motorway and resurface A534."
The northbound exit slip road on the M6 and the eastbound side of the A534 on the bridge over the motorway will be closed overnight for three nights from 10 July.
All four of the slip roads at the junction will also be closed for four nights from 15 July, along with the A534 between Holmes Chapel Road and Congleton Road.
