The company will build 107 new apartments at Bartley Wood Business Park in Hook.
The development, which represents one of the UK's largest office to residential projects to date, will see the 84,000 sq ft business park converted from its existing commercial usage.

Each unit will be set over three floors and include oversized windows and high ceilings.
