The deal was awarded under the renewed North West Construction Hub (NWCH) Medium Value Framework.
The firm will refurbish a former local authority care home in Longsight to create SEN facilities for Rodney House School.
The scheme will allow the school to consolidate its specialist facilities on a single site, as well as providing the expansion space needed for the school to accommodate extra pupils.

Work is underway on the enabling phase of the project, including carrying out roofing repairs, demolition and strip out works.
Features of the project include creating new classrooms, therapy areas, staff and peripatetic health visitors' offices, toilet facilities, an assembly hall and a dining area.
External works include modifications to the existing car park to create additional capacity and pick up/drop off bays for mini bus school transport, including a mix of hard and soft landscaping.
