Derwent London, British Land and Keltbray Group have all joined the association, which aims to provide a "strong collective voice for the construction supply chain".
The new members will join six existing private developers who are already part of the organisation and help to step up Build UK's activities.
Chief Executive Suzannah Nichol MBE said: "We're delighted to welcome Derwent London, British Land and Keltbray. 2016 was a fantastic year for Build UK as we brought together the full contracting supply chain for the first time. Beginning 2017 with three new members who are committed to working together is a brilliant start and I can't wait to see how we continue deliver change to the benefit of the whole supply chain."

Richard Baldwin, Head of Development at Derwent London, said: "Derwent London is pleased to see that, through Build UK, the industry is finally joining up to collaborate. Brendan Kerr, Chief Executive Officer at Keltbray, added: "There is a growing acknowledgment of the reliance on Specialist Contractors in the supply chain, demonstrating that contractors such as Keltbray are critical to the success of a project. It is important that as a £375 million group we play our role in solving the industry's challenges through Build UK."
