SES Engineering Services has won a £9.5 million contract to deliver mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services on a major mixed-use scheme in London.
The engineering specialist will help main contractor Galliford Try deliver the project in the city's Marylebone district on Seymour Street.
Work involves creating a seven-storey 84,000 sq ft building comprising of over 34,000 sq ft of office space, including 24 apartments, a school and a restaurant.
SES will be responsible for the design and installation of full MEP services. Work will begin in spring 2017.
David Jenkins, SES Regional Director, London and South East said: "SES goes from strength to strength and this latest contract win is testament to our technical capability, expertise and track record delivering high-profile London developments which are transforming key areas of the city.
"With a breadth of major project experience in central London, our expert teams are ideally placed to work on this exciting development. The use of our offsite Prism facility to deliver prefabricated service modules and risers will be critical given its busy, central location.
"We understand the client's expectations and are working closely with Galliford Try to ensure that we deliver a high quality project, on time and on budget."
The deal adds to SES' expanding portfolio of major and transformative London projects, which already include Grade A office building, S2 and The Plimsoll Building at King's Cross and Barts Square Phase One, a new £110m high-end residential development in the St Bart's Hospital area in Farringdon.
