The seven projects total almost £20 million and were delivered in the last year to help meet housing demand in their areas.
The schemes include:
• Three developments for Two Castles Housing Association (HA) in Cumbria totalling £12.5 million; 84 new homes to Grange-over-Sands and Kendal.
• 12 two and three-bedroom homes, and a block of eight two-storey flats, for Yorkshire HA at a brownfield site in Low Demesne, Ingleton. The project is valued at £1.92m.

• The £1.7m construction of 10 efficient semi-detached houses and bungalows for South Lakes Housing in Binfold Croft, Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria.
Other projects include 18 new homes for Riverside Housing Association in Ashness Drive, Carlisle, valued at £1.88m, as well as the £1.5m construction of five blocks of two houses and one block of three houses in Ladyseat, Longtown, Cumbria.
