Wates Living Space has secured two property maintenance contracts worth £13 million in London.
The deals, for Southern Housing Group and The Guinness Partnership, will see the company carry out repairs and refurbishment work across 9,449 properties in the city.
The five-year contract for Southern Housing Group is valued at around £2m per annum and will see Wates carry out responsive repairs and void refurbishment across 3,759 properties. The deal also has an option to extend.
In addition, the £2.5m contract for The Guinness Partnership will be delivered over 15 months and includes responsive repairs and void maintenance services for 7,000 customers across 5,690 properties.
Wates already delivers maintenance works across 3,777 homes for The Guinness Partnership in the West of England.
David Morgan, Managing Director of Wates Living Space, said: "The rapid growth of our maintenance portfolio in London is a huge testament to our well-earned reputation for delivering the highest quality repairs and maintenance service and has enabled us to both nurture and expand our client partnerships.
"Accommodating the varying needs of Southern Housing Group and The Guinness Partnership is absolutely key to our approach and the commitment of our tradespeople to go over and above these requirements will ensure the delivery of an efficient service to an unparalleled standard."
Paul Norman, Head of Home Repairs at Southern Housing Group, said: "We're excited to be entering this partnership with Wates Living Space. Our aim is to deliver great customer service to our customers and we believe Wates is the right choice to help us achieve this."
