Construction News Image
Keepmoat has delivered 112 new homes in Sudbury, Suffolk.

The Weadow's Meadow scheme was unveiled last month by MP for South Suffolk, James Cartlidge.

Features include a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes along with one and two bedroom apartments. In addition, a new open green area provides space for residents and families to enjoy in the centre of the development.

Speaking after the opening ceremony, Mr Cartlidge said: "I was delighted to visit the Weaver’s Meadow development in Great Cornard, adding vital new homes on a brownfield site. I was pleased to hear that the development is proving popular with local buyers, and was grateful to view some of the properties available.

"In particular, I was interested to learn how Keepmoat are starting to use modern methods of construction, which could prove so crucial to the future of the industry. With so many jobs dependent on the sector, it is important that all developers invest and innovate in this way."

Mike Dempsey, Regional Managing Director of Keepmoat said: "We were really pleased to have Mr Cartlidge MP officially name the development and unveil the 112 new homes. With a host of nearby attractions, schools and good public transport links, coupled with Sudbury town centre only a short distance away, the development provides affordable, durable and high quality properties for families, couples, and first time buyers alike."
