The 1 Research Way building secured the Commercial Project of the Year prize at the 2017 Michelmores Property Awards.
The event was held at the University of Exeter on Thursday, 15 June.
The new facility provides flexible accommodation and facilities for science and technology businesses. It was designed to foster collaboration, encouraging users to interact and share ideas.
Plymouth Science Park Director of Operations, Christian Jenkins, said: "We are delighted to receive the acknowledgement for 1 Research Way. It has been a great project collaborating with the University of Plymouth and Plymouth City Council and supported by an outstanding project and delivery team.
