Perfect Circle Appointed To £52m Milton Keynes Capital Programme

A consortium of industry consultants has been appointed to help deliver a £52 million capital development programme in Milton Keynes.

Perfect Circle, consisting of Pick Everard, Gleeds and AECOM, will oversee four individual projects including the new build Western Expansion Secondary School, a purpose built health centre, an extension to St Mary and St Giles Primary School in Stony Stratford, and a multi-story car park adjacent to Milton Keynes railway station.

The multi-million pound scheme will provide more than 2,200 primary and secondary school places, 700 car park spaces at Milton Keynes railway station and ensuring greater primary care health facilities are available for the growing community.

Perfect Circle will provide project and cost management services and will deliver cost effective solutions through early design and contract involvement. Work is due to begin in the second quarter of 2018, with completion by the end of 2019.

Gleeds Director Jon Enever said: "These exciting projects are going to completely open up this part of Milton Keynes and we look forward to working with the Council to deliver much needed facilities to support the expanding local community. Our project team will utilise their expertise across all sectors to provide a first-class service on behalf of the Council and we look forward to work starting on site."
