Jonathan Cranley has joined Spitfire Bespoke Homes as the new regional Southern Managing Director.
Mr Cranley joins Spitfire as the company further expands its brand portfolio in Southern England, focusing on premium locations in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Hertfordshire.
The company is strategically positioned from two offices; one in Coleshill, Warwickshire, to service the Midlands region and the other in Maidenhead, Berkshire, to serve its growing brand in the South East. Mr Cranley will be based in the Maidenhead office.
Mr Cranley joins a strong Management Team including David Jervis, Group Managing Director and Ben Leather, Managing Director for the Midlands region. The company has identified a robust management structure, including a variety of internal changes and appointments, in order to ensure further growth development for the business.
Mr Cranley joins with more than 30 years of experience within the industry, most recently moving from Millgate Homes, where he enjoyed 10 years as Sales and Marketing Director, leading the company through significant periods of growth and change as the business merged with Countryside in 2014.
