The first commercial LED lighting in a Smart Air Solution was installed in 2012 in a modern sports club in Bursa, Turkey. It came to the team as a fun idea and it quickly turned into reality when they realized how easily it could be done.
The Maya Sport Center was established by the famous local basketball star, Murat Konuk. He wanted to create an athletic club that would allow friends and families to come together and enjoy sports. His vision was to create the most modern fitness center in Turkey. Using D-shaped fabric ducts with build in LED lighting the team created a pleasant and unique atmosphere. It is also a space saving solution, as the ductwork does not need to be insulated due to the permeable surfaces that prevent the moisture in the air from condensing.
